Orange County-based family law attorney Gerald A. Maggio has over 22 years of legal experience. He and the rest of the California Divorce Mediators team pride themselves on providing a personalized approach to each mediation. Our mediators have received training in divorce and family law mediation, and we seek to always uphold the highest standards of helpfulness, compassion, and professionalism during mediations.
Gerry Maggio became a California attorney in 1999 after he graduated from Western State University College of Law in Irvine and San Diego State University. He is proud to have received prestigious awards and honors for his legal services, including the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys 10 Best Attorneys for California. Gerry values his membership in several professional associations. In his spare time away from mediating cases and handling matters for clients, Gerry likes to travel with his wife and three children. He also plays golf and tennis.

Colleen Hemingway
Ms. Hemingway concentrates her practice on all aspects of family law, including high asset dissolution, complex custody issues, protection from abuse and support matters. Her passion is helping her clients successfully proceed through and complete their family law matter with the least amount of emotional strife and monetary impact as possible. Ms. Hemingway strives to help her clients achieve their individual goals through a collaborative, resourceful, pragmatic, and compassionate approach. She has successfully represented many clients in the negotiation, litigation and resolution of their family law matters in both California and Nevada.
Ms. Hemingway is a Certified Family Law Specialist in the State of California. She holds a master’s in law in Taxation and is a trained Mediator from Pepperdine University, Strauss Institute for Dispute Resolution as well as Mosten Guthrie Family Law Mediation Academy.

Ellie Fazeli
Ellie knows the importance of family and that as a parent you want to do what is best for your children.
